Thick and rich
Distinctive flavor (mushroom enhanced). Not saying bad, just different than Kikkoman or LaChoy). Noticeably thicker than most brands so use in moderation at first. I found it great for fried rice (where I like a deep soy infusion) but not quite as good in my favorite marinated steak recipe.Product is very concentrated.
