This sounds no different in my opinion in comparison to studio equipment
This was the USB microphone that I was looking for! I had another USB microphone that sounded very muffled and just wasn't doing it for me. I now use that old one for field recordings and capturing outside sound effects such as when it rains outside. Hopefully, this would help anyone in knowing what to do with their extra microphone after they get this one. My voice on this microphone comes out very pleasing, I have a deep bass like voice which wasn't working well with my old microphone. It sounded very muffled and had a home-studio sound. But, this current new microphone which is the fifine sounds very up to par with professional mixes of songs; your vocal mixes for music are really going to impress you with this microphone.

Is it Great? I Don't Know.
I bought this FiFine because of the great reviews and I'm on a budget. I was looking for a nice USB mic that would be durable and portable for my vagabond lifestyle and while the sound quality is great, it's not exactly wonderful. What do I mean by that? Well ...... from what I've been able to hear, it has a sound output very near to my own voice. Which is good. Just like the Gatekeeper, I have a lovely singing voice. However, it doesn't sound all that different than when I'm using my JBL E55BT headset. In fact, there's a little something worse than my headset's audio pickup: the FiFine picks up a lot of ambient noises.A lot. I first tested the audio out in an enclosed room in a busy office. The mic picked up my voice from as far away as I could run the USB cable, even if the output was significantly lower in volume. But whether the mic was 5 feet away or 5 inches away, it picked up the goings on outside my door. It even picked up road traffic from about 40 feet away. And that's not all! It also picked up the rustling of my clothes and my keyboard typing - pretty much everything. For the rave reviews I was expecting better. So, I went to the FiFine website and read up on this. Turn the volume knob down on the device. Check. Turned it down to about the 1/3 area. Turn the volume capture down on my computer. Check. Turned it down, as well. I played with a number of settings trying to find the right set-up to capture my voice without capturing everything else as I'm almost never in a soundproofed room or have control over my environment. I finally settled on 1/3 on the FiFine knob and about 1/4 on the computer. Is this perfect? No. For two reasons: it means I have to have the mic in my face in order to pick up my voice and I don't like things that close to my face unless we're being intimate or I'm eating. And from perusing the comments and reviews here, I can see this ambient sound issue is par-for-course. But, people with far more experience in vocal recording seem to think it's great, so I don't know if there's something I'm missing or maybe I'm just expecting too much.On a positive note: I like that it comes with it's own stand and the full metal construction makes me believe it will be durable. Granted, other reviewers indicate that may not be the case. And it worked in my Chomebook. I tried using Audacity via the built-in Linux on my Chromebook, but apparently sound recording via Linux to Audacity is still hit-or-miss and I missed. Through the Chromebook itself, though, there don't seem to be many problems. If you're using a Chromebook and can't get it to work, you might want to check all the USB ports and they're not all the same. At least on my ASUS.

great mic for the price!
I absolutely adore this mic. I think it sounds significantly better than even non-budget popular alternatives, like the blue yeti ($100!!), LET ALONE its competitors at this price. Don't even think about getting a blue snowball, for $50 that thing sounds like a garbage can. $30 bucks!!!! pretty excellent build quality, sturdy and thick metal everywhere on this thing. nice heft. I've had 4 of my friends hear me gush about the value of this thing and get it for themselves, and sing the same praises. I will absolutely continue recommending this thing, and as long as they keep getting made I'm going to keep talking about them. I look forward to trying FiFine's other products as well, I keep accidentally finding them in various corners of the internet being similarly gushed about - I've heard glowing reviews of their interfaces and headphones, and I'd like a nice pair of over ears to be able to recommend to friends that arent my $400 sennhiesers (which i understand is a little steep for average gamers).Only complaint is the stand is a little bulky, but it gets the job done and can be easily unscrewed and swapped for an arm or something anyways. consider me a lifelong customer, I love this dang thing.
