It turns out their ears were blocked with wax (they have small ear canals).Since then, I purchased this product and regularly clean their ears. We now have no issues with hearing or popping. Also, take them seriously when it comes to water temperature!

Worked amazing! I did 1/4 cup peroxide (3%) and 3/4 cups body temp water. After about a bottle and a half of solution I can hear again! Highly recommend.

So far, after one use, it's worked well, but I'm not sure if it works as well as the one the doctor's office had.

This product is a NEEEEED if you want to clean your ears!!I have been a Q-Tip user all my life, then one day my ears became suPer itchy. Found out it was because of all the dry compacted earwax irritating my ear, and I couldn’t get it out with any ear cleaning tools, so I decided to try this product out.I made a 3 part water and 1 part hydrogen peroxide mix, let it bubble in my ear, hold the white tub under my ear to drain, then start fast squirting the solution in my ear (it might feel weird at first but afterwards you get used to the spraying feeling in your ear!) then the WAX CAME OUT!!I will say it took at least 2 sessions since my earwax was super compacted 😭 And if you end up having your ears blocked, it’s most likely wax you need to scoop out. I spent a whole day thinking it was liquid, but after using an ear tool, I was able to hear again 😭I do recommend getting an ear cleaning camera tool to make cleaning easier!I can now rest easy knowing my ears are FINALLY completely clean 😊

My right ear has been clogged for over 3 weeks. Can't hear anything. I used Ear Wax Removal Drop alone, it didn't work, then I brought this Cleaning Kit. At first, I used warm water just to test out. It didn't help much. So I used Vineger 1 part + warm water 4 Parts. It manages to get a few chunks of ear wax out, but my hearing still did not improve. Since it starts to working, I used Ear Wax Removal Drop with the Cleaning Kit (Warm water only), after 2 washes, suddenly, lots of dirty stuff get flushed out of my ear, and my hearing restored at once. So with the combination, it works perfectly, no more doctor visit. It's safe, painless, just need to be a little patient. It may not work the first time, 2nd, even third, for me it took 1 week, but don't be discouraged at first. It needs time to soften the wax, but it did the work in the end! I'm very happy with the result!
