No ice pack but it’s freezing outside so no harm done. I’ve only been taking these for a week but I swear I think they’re preventing heartburn. It was getting to the point I couldn’t eat anything without getting heartburn. I haven’t had it once since I started these probiotics. As for the female part, it seems to have eliminated the unpleasantness. I thought the price was excellent too compared to other probiotics. I am a little concerned about whether they will be arriving on ice this summer. That could be a deal breaker if they don’t.

This product is very, very good. Our pediatrician's office carries it. They also store it properly in a refrigerator! Please try this probiotic, but look for a more consistent, reputable provider than Amazon.This product should always be stored cold and shipped with cold paks in order to retain the potency. I thought that ordering from certain vendors would ensure that this process was followed (it has until now). I believe that my most recent order came from a seller other than the one that I selected. Unlike previously, it arrived in a box warm with other unrelated items. I have seen many other buyers provide feedback on this issue and it does not appear that it is being addressed. My order was also marked as ineligible for return. To me, this means that my order was changed and damaged and I have been left with no recourse. I am quite sure this would be unacceptable to anyone.

Klaire Labs by far has the best probiotics. They have the highest count while still being Dairy, soy, gluten and egg free. When I first started taking these I had horrible die off. Something I had never experience with other probiotics. For a week and a half I felt sore, and just "off" but then I felt better than I have in AGES. They helped regulate my digestive system, they have kept recurring infections at bay, and have really over all improved my general energy and activity level because I was no longer bloated. I have been taking these for a few months now and I can honestly say there is a noticeable difference in how I feel if I forget to take them for a day or two. I definitely recommend these probiotics to anyone. The price tag is a little high but you are truly paying for quality.

Package was mailed on the 18th got it on the 23rd. Ice was melted. I'm going to use it.. next time I will order closer to home.

These are hands down my favorite probiotics. I noticed a difference within two weeks. I had noticed a difference with my vaginal microbiome (sometimes itchy or odd smell) but was recommended these and I never want to be without them. All women and young women should be on these. Game changer. And I am someone who is sensitive to a lot. No issues at all. My only beef is it took longer for them to arrive than predicted but it was worth it in the end.

It arrived hot when it’s a refrigerated supplement. I’m sure it’s a great probiotic but don’t buy it through amazon. Its a waste of money and time.

The product is great and always been top notch when ordered. But I'm annoyed I can have it as a subscription like other things I've ordered from Amazon.

I made the mistake of switching formulas within Klaire, and I wasn't nearly as happy as this Womens formula. Adding this to my daily regime has reduced almost ALL gas, no more yeast infections, and overall has my gut in balance. I was referred to this brand by a few friends, game changer. Also it's shelf stable which is important for a busy woman who travels a lot. Strongly recommend!
