Good quality and sturdy scraper. Wonderful for scraping up vegetable peels, but also as a pastry cutter. I love them. I have them both at home and at my professional kitchen.

I bake bread at least once a week and have found these little tools to be just right for not just using as bench scrapers but also for scraping the sides of the bowl and helping with early stages of kneading when the dough is so sticky my hands would otherwise be coated with the dough. Then, if I am making cinnamon rolls, these are just right for slicing them cleanly. And of course, they are perfect for scraping the counter clean before the final washing up.Other uses? Cut rolled out biscuit dough in squares so no re-rolling of scraps. Cut baked bar cookies. Even can be used to cut pizzas if you are otherwise caught without a pizza cutter!Versatile, inexpensive, and small in size, these are just right to have in your miscellaneous tools drawer. These were a lot larger than I expected but I should have paid attention to the dimensions. I got them to scrap pans for washing. They weren't as effective with the large size so I had my husband cut one in half. It works well now. This size would be good for cake decorating. I don't know how well they cut things.

This makes my life sooo much easier! It’s cheap, flexible, and overall decent quality! I’ve been using for two months, I think with time it might get bent out of shape but just try to flip it and it shouldn’t be too much of an issue!

Great tool makes picking up chopped food or discarded cuttings easier to lift in one swoop and in the bin or food into bowls.

Perfect for mixing dough in a bowl before kneading. Nice size for most loaves. They are made of heavy duty plastic and last a while, but eventually they do wear out and get a little tattered, Still, I would buy again and cannot imagine mixing dough without these.

I use these every time I bake. Really helpful for pastry or cookie dough lifting or for removing baked cookies from a pan.
