I've tried a few different brands of Japanese rice seasoning, this has to be the best so far! Tastes clean and not full of 'filler' like the rest seem to be. Beautifully balanced taste of Japan in this packet.

Great seasoning
I bought this to make baked sushi and it didn’t disappoint. It’s very flavourful and I even used some for fried rice. Great flavours, taste authentic.Only one criticism is there’s not enough in one packet. You need to buy more which makes it quite expensive.
