This product works great!It is effective for our dogs' behavior and the batteries hold their charges for a surprisingly long time.We have used them for two years and they have held up well to our dogs' very active outdoor ventures. They play-fight hard and run around under our big shrubs.Our 75 lb. dog finally broke the spring contact that we use to get through her thick fur. I emailed the company to order a replacement, but they sent two for free!Chloe was very helpful and pleasant to work with!

We use these collars on our German Shepherd mix and Australian Shepherd mix. They both work great. Battery lasts for a while if turned off when not in use. We use them when walking or when we venture out without a leash. Our dogs respond well to just the beep and if needed the vibrate. Honestly, we’ve never installed the pronges for the shock, as our dogs responded so well and quickly to the other two options.

The dogs barely notice they are wearing them and when used correctly they don't scare or traumatize the animal.I really truly suggest you use the shock part on your own thigh so you know exactly what the intensity will be on the animal. We run one at 10 and the other at 5 because the dogs responded different to the shock (which barely ever gets used)The Beep is loud and usually get their attention.The Vibration is strong and attention getting also.These work incredibly well as long as you don't need to control both dogs at the same time. if you have 1 out at a time the thing is absolutely amazing but when I needed to call both at the same time there is not making both work immediately even though the switch is incredibly fast.

Updating review on 8/17/2023 to say that the company reached out to me and sent me a whole new unit to replace the broken one. The new one works great and I'm so far, very happy with my original purchaseBought these for my kennel dogs and they worked great as we often use the tone and vibrate function only to help dogs with their recall. The vibrate is super strong and I love this part. The tone is super loud and can Bea heard over barking dogs.Down side is that 1 of the remotes no longer works. It started by not.hokding a charge then eventually won't charge at all to now it won't turn on. Which is a bummer as I would have given this 5 stats. I purchased in March of 2023 and I can't return the remote anymore.

Great product! This is my second purchase (the first collar still works as it should after approximately 2 years). I needed 2 more for my other dogs to correct unwanted behavior. I mostly use the beep and vibration button and it gets their attention. It's a great training tool when used correctly.

Update 0ctober 8 2024, purchased April 20 2024. Switch between collar 1 and collar 2 malfunctioning now. When it's on collar 2 it switches the corrections to collar 1 without flipping the switch. Disappointed it's only been 5 months. Went from 5 to 3 stars since I'll still be able to get single collar function..for nowWas using Sport dog collar on one and Bousnic brand on the other. Bousnic collar stopped working after washing due to skunk spray. Decided to try a double collar remote to not juggle two remotes. These are not used for sport just walking country roads/woods/fields. My dogs just need a beep sound sometimes to avoid drinking sitting water, eat cow dung, getting too interested in cars on the highway we pass by and maybe a reminder to not go off too far while frolicking. Vibrate or shock in case of emergency like coming in contact with wild animal. I threw the remote in the dog water bowl after trying the shock on my arm while holding it on high and put in some rice and it was fine haha. Not waterproof but quick dunk didn't hurt it and I won't be using in heavy rain so that is fine with me. First time I've seen a collar come with contact prongs for extra long hair (I don't, but could be nice for others) Also this is my favorite remote design. Sleek and easy to use and carry. I didn't like Bousnic, clunky but cheap feeling and more complicated. Sportdog is nice and waterproof but I like PatPet for my needs better...especially being much cheaper. The on/off function for collars and remotes is clear and easy (bousnic sounded off a LOUD beep when turning off..annoying) All in all I absolutely love and really hope they keep working and battery life stays good.
