Yes it does however the wiring diagram as usual could be a little clearer.

Q: Does this product play the duke of hazard tune?

Yes this is the best make I've ever heard the tune is 100% tv correct GENERAL lee

Q: can all the horns operate at once or does it only play the tune

Will only play the tune or a garbled selection of sounds if you don’t connect the horns in the correct order. Why would you buy a set of musical horns if you want them all to sound at once???

They worked really well. I had to buy some extra tubing. Sound is good and mine played duke of hazard fine.
