I work a job that entails a lot of bending over from the waist. Many days my lower back is aching, and I would take a tylenol to relieve the pain but wanted to get away from taking medications. This product was recommended to me and so I thought i would give it a try.And I have to say, I felt immediate relieve. Its perfect. It has a velcro padding that wraps around your lower back. The timer on it lets you adjust the length of time and the strength of heat that is released. Its super easy to use and has since given me loads of lower back relief.I would highly recommend this heating pad to anyone who may want relief without having to resort to meds.

This is great for my lower back pain, and I like how it stays in place once I wrap it around myself. Fabric is soft and it's comfy for when I want to just lounge on the couch.Definitely glad I got this, and I can see myself using it a lot.

Thought the first one was broke so I returned and replaced. Same issues. It gets warm but not hot like my others. Also, buttons on the panel switch on its own. I didn’t bother with returning again.

Doesn't get that hot, just a little warm. takes forever to get a little warm. And the thing is enormous for a skinny person. Comically big. I will have to order a different one so this was a waste. But product worked so not 1 or 0 stars.

My wife loved it, but the velcro stopped working to keep the belt on.

Read description carefully, this pad has no batteries, must be plugged in to work

Works great for my low back pain!

On the highest heating notch, is almost too hot, but that is where I like it and keep it set. Length of cord is satisfactory, can plug it into the wall, reach across a three foot desk and still sit back in my chair.
