Best bang for your bucks! A few thoughts for a first timer.
A fantastic full set of inserts covering nearly all calibers available. Of course there may be a few calibers out there that aren't covered but of the common bores this is an excellent choice. It isn't a perfect alignment sighting system but it will help get closer to the target before wasting expensive ammo. Over all use was simple to understand from the manual. It came with all calibers listed neatly tucked into a foam padded rigid case, which is a great thing to have so your odds and ends are kept in a convenient storage system. The case latches very well and if you click the lock handles in place there will be no chance of loss. New it came wrapped in sealed plastic ensuring nothing could have been lost in shipping. It comes with plenty of screws and a few extra in case you drop one in the dirt. Includes 2 battery's, fully charged, and a small screw driver perfect for the screws. The laser device itself is well made, very solid feeling and should hold up for years if treated right. This was my first laser sight kit and it took a little learning. Some things aren't in the user manual probably for a "pro" set they figure you have done this before. I figured for a few dollars more I could get the best range of firearms covered and not spend a lot of money and time hunting for a single insert later if I purchased a new caliber firearm. First thing I learned is not to over tighten the inserts down prior to inserting into the barrel. Tighten it to the point that the screw is fully threaded into the insert and test fit it in your barrel. (of course unload and clean your weapon first.) once it slides into the barrel you push it in until the tapered end of the laser device "centers" into the barrel and you can give it a few turns to snug it up and prevent motion. Like wise you can unscrew it a few turns to allow the insert to release for removal. The inserts expand as they are tightened ensureing a tight placement in the barrel. If the insert doesn't slip easily into the barrel loosen the screw back or try the (usually available) the smaller insert for the same caliber. Second, it is best to use some type of apparatus to firmly hold your firearm in place. every time you lower it and raise it back up you open it up to a fresh grip and angle and so many other variables, that it is nearly impossible to "dial" it in true to accomplish the goal of getting it as close as you can. Each time it is just slightly different than the last time. 3rd it is impossible to see the laser without a spotting scope or high quality binoculars, especially in bright daylight and at 100 yards. I couldn't even see the laser at 100 yards with the scope on my rifle until I found it directly in the "black" of the target. Works great indoors or in low light levels. The laser really stands out then. In bright sunlight? not so much. Even with a full battery. For the price and convenience it is, in my opinion, a great purchase and worth every penny. The kit is not a large box it is relatively small Maybe 10 inches by 8 inches and 2 inches thick. It fits easily on a book shelf or in a shooters bag with no fear of it popping open and loosing anything.

Excellent Gift and Great Product
I bought this Professional Laser Bore Sight Kit as a gift for my eldest son. It is an affordable bore sight and does its job well. It is easy to use and the instructions are clear. The laser is nice and bright and it is a big bonus to have a plastic tip to fit every caliber. It is an excellent gift and my son was excited to receive it.I bought a 2nd Professional Laser Bore Sight Kit as a gift for my youngest son. The laser bore sight is accurate and well made. The plastic tips snugly grips the barrel. The pictures were pretty explanatory if you were not sure how to use it. The case was a nice addition to keep everything organized. This is a great product and my son was elated to receive it as a gift.

Good Quality, Well Organized
The Laser Bore Sight Kit came as described. It was purchased as a present for one of my son's. It has been used multiple times to great accuracy. (Ease of use. We have another brand and have used it in the past but it is not as organized and easy to use as this one)

Not good enough
May be good for larger calibers but not for 9mm and less. I used this on a .223 and the plastic fins used to ensure a tight fit were flimsy. The sizing fins would create a tight fit, however, the back of the bore sight could not be centered in the barrel.Once I inserted the laser I rotated the device. At 10 yards the Laser had a deviation of more than 2.5”. I checked to make sure the correct attachment was used and it was sized correctly. The larger diameter (.347 and up) the plastic was more substantial and may work better than it did for .223/5.56.

works but not good
it works fine but the finish on plastic is sub par. tag ends and over mold is all over it. seems to never get a perfect tight straight feel. but you get what you pay for

We use this bore laser in our shop. It gets customers on paper so they can tune in their optics to personal preference. Easy to use, budget friendly, does the job.
