The one has good taste, and seems the price is good, but for 50mg each I still be woke, I thought that would be a sleeping pill.

It works
The product works but you may need to take more than it recommends if it is difficult to fall asleep. It taste is not tasty, it dissolves easily, I feel it is expensive but it does work. No side effects and it did not change my energy level.

Very unsatisfied
Poor results it never worked for me. So if you have a high tolerance meletoninis definitely not for you. It only kept me asleep 2 hrs per pill on the very 1st night. By the 4th night 1-2 pills did nothing for me. And if you want to return item there's a no return policy in place. No number to contact seller's or information

Works for me!
This stuff didn't work right out of the gate, but I persisted and a month and 1/2 into taking it, it works like a charm! I fall asleep and stay asleep all night now. I think it takes a while to build up in your system, especially if you are over 60 and your body is just not producing melatonin like it used to, thus the need for the higher mgs. A total thumbs up for me!

Seems to be a low dosage rather than the 50 mg as it barely has any effect
Not what I expected, based on the reviews and the fact that they are a 50 mg pill, I expected it to work better than the gummies that I purchased previously. But the flavor of these is very weird. It leaves my throat, feeling itchy and scratchy, and then I really don't feel it helping as much as the gummies did. Taking 2 pills worked but I also don't want to have to take 2 pills every time.
