They have no phone number to call to get help with a missing part
We have had the machine in use about a month and a part broke. We have had a horrible time getting in contact with them

Issues
Love the machine but we keep getting an error code and can’t trust to leave it in standby so we have to do daily full clean outs. I can’t get ahold of the company to resolve the issue.

Stay away from all be it ice cream machines. Not good at all for any kind of ice cream. Absolutely useless.
