If you don't like sour stuff, this may not be for you. Ketones are naturally sour. The strawberry taste comes through in the after taste but the peach flavor hits first. No bad aftertaste like with artificial sweeteners since this has Zero sugar. I have tried all kinds of flavored waters that taste terrible and I hate energy drinks. This was great also for leveling my sugar (prediabetic). Would recommend this 100+ percent.

Idk if the recipe changed but these last two purchases I got tasted alot less sour than usual, and tbh I kinda liked the sour lol.I think as far as energy goes... i personally havent felt a change, maybe a bit more motivated to do things. I still drink caffeine and other energy drinks for my real energy needs.The one part I can for sure feel a difference in though is the brain fog. Even though I'm fairly young, I typically have alot of brain fog and adhd tendencies. Drinking kinetik has definitely cleared my mind and made it alot easier to lock in and focus.Obviously. Pretty expensive, I'm sure eventually the prices will drop. I will say a negative for this and I can't say for sure, but it does seem addictive in a way. It's almost like my body gets used to the ketones, and anytime I miss drinking a kinetik, I feel even more clouded and brain foggy than before I started drinking kinetik.Overall. I like kinetik. This is definitely a great afternoon pick me up and recovery drink. Great flavor, no sugar, no crash. An energy drink powered by natural ketones(that your body already makes).

I tried it after Roman Atwood came out and said that this stuff works better than energy drinks. You get your value of money and if you don't feel a different than I don't know what to tell you. The taste is a little bit sour but that's cause of the ketones, I first tried the variety pack and now I'm hooked the mixability is great. Energy is way better than being on energy drinks and super ease of use.

Taste is great, quality is great but each time we order there is at least one can that has been damaged. don't know where the damage is occurring and there is not replacement option through Amazon and no help seems to be available. At this price point there needs to be better options.

My wife and I wanted to try the drink from watching roman Atwood. We tried all 3 flavors and by far prefer the pineapple. As for effectiveness it's okay doesn't pack a punch like others. First drink of it slightly sour but you can tell it's all natural. Now as you can see Celsius a energy drink I drink often has less calories, less sodium and more vitamins at a cost of $2.50 compared to 5 dollars. Also of you have acid reflux, or get heart burn easy stay away from kenetik it will cause it to flair up.All in all it's a good quality product, im glad I tried it, as for the value for the money all natural yes, would I spend 5$ a can on it probably not again. The product is good but I think it needs some tweaks on it still. Like sodium levels and acid levels in it
