Not instructions
We were very excited about this science kit but when we opened it, it didn't have any instructions. I tried to find their website but nothing. It looks fun but how we going to use it!I had to do a review again after I got a new box with instructions. We enjoyed it! My daughter loves doing this experiment, it's fun and educational!

Fun and Educational: Perfect for Quality Time with Your Child
I recently purchased the SNAEN Science Experiments Science Kit for Kids, and it has been a wonderful addition to our home activities. I got this set to do some science experiments with my 5-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loves it!The kit offers a variety of cool, nice, and easy experiments that are perfect for young children. We've already tried mixing colors and creating bubbles, and both activities were not only educational but also incredibly fun. It's heartwarming to see her excitement as she learns through play. One of the biggest highlights is the quality one-on-one time we get to spend together. The kit has provided us with meaningful opportunities to bond while exploring the wonders of science.Overall, the SNAEN Science Kit is a fantastic investment for any parent looking to spark curiosity in their child while enjoying precious quality time together. It's educational, engaging, and most importantly, a delightful experience for both of us!

Doesn’t give precise instructions; but fun!
So we did one experiment so far. “Color fountain.” My girl definitely had fun. On the instruction cards it doesn’t give exact measurements like it said “add three spoons of baking soda” they give you a set of measuring spoons so you don’t know which spoon to use, and I had to guess and used the medium sized one, it made a big over spill. It also said to use detergent but it did not come with detergent and didn’t specify what it meant so I ended up using laundry detergent, I’m not even sure if that was right but I think it worked the way it was supposed to. Overall it’s a lot of fun I just wish I had better instructions.

I’d look for other options
I’m on the fence about whether to keep this kit. I saw others that included a lab coat but I opted for this one because it included the bottles of chemicals (some of them are useful but most of them are just household powders like baking soda). Other reviewers mentioned that the experiment cards were missing steps and they had to google it. I can deal with a little of that but I didn’t realize the extent of it. I’ve had to google every experiment listed - partially because I’m guessing the language is a translation of Chinese to English. So it mentions ingredients that I’m not even sure what they’re supposed to be (ie. wash powder and detergent) and the steps are not as clear as they need to be. So the included materials are kind of cool but I’ve found it difficult to use any of them because the instructions are so poor. As far as the equipment itself, it’s fine although the plastic is a bit thin. That could be true for all the experiment kits out there though. From what we’ve used so far, I don’t think this kit is worth $32. Maybe $20. If you’re interested in something like this I would say buy one of the cheaper kits out there and then buy a book of experiments. There are a bunch of fun experiments you can do with household ingredients and the beakers and test tubes make it feel more like real “science”. It has been a fun quiet time activity for my 5 year old and I to do together.

Instructions are very confusing
The instructions are not written very well at all. One experiment calls for edible oil (not included) but doesn't tell you what type. It also asks for a spoon full but the kit comes with 5 measuring spoons, so I have no idea what size to use. It made these experiments so stressful as most of them did not work. One experiment calls for colored drink. Are we talking Juice or soda?It seems like these instructions were translated (poorly) into English.

Let’s talk about fun.
Great value for the money fun for kids adults. It’s got great educational purposes for the adults and the kids. We live in Florida we don’t see volcanoes so we got to explore whatever volcano was! definitely crystal growth and easy to use.
