I have been struggling with painful tennis elbow (tendonitis) caused by martial arts. My arm has been getting worse, with pain at rest and even affecting my grip. This arm band made an immediate difference as soon as I put it on. No pain from gripping and less pain at rest. I don't think I'll be taking it off any time soon! It reduces the pain from movement but doesn't take it away. It's comfortable to wear even though I pulled it pretty tight. I used the picture on the amazon listing and the diagram in the instructions leaflet to see how to position it. My arms are quite small so I worried it might be too big but it is very adjustable and fits well. I am impressed and would definitely recommend.

I bought this item about a month ago, and have essentially worn it everyday to help with pain in my arm. I've previously had acupuncture and physio, but have been told that I may also have a trapped nerve. Lifting shopping bags can even be painful. This discreet band is flexible, sturdy, adjustable and fit most importantly, helps with my pain. The velcro strap stays put and doesn't come loose, at all.I am not saying it removes all pain, but greatly reduces it. The adjustable strap means it's easy to put on and off and there is a small padded area that offers additional support to the area affected. This fits nicely under a hoody order jumper and doesn't attract any unwanted attention or questions.I am really happy with this product, and would purchase again if it was needed.

I have tennis elbow on both my arms from powerlifting. These work well. I can't wear them all day, but for a few hours during asm d after training, they definitely help. The relief is almost instant. Brilliant product for me 💯

Prompt delivery. I used the elbow support strap as soon as it arrived as I had been in pain for quite a while with tennis elbow and was willing to try anything to alleviate the pain. I found it easy to use and comfortable. It also worked...it took the pain away remarkable well and it feels supportive when I need to use the arm for various tasks. I also have worn it to bed the past few nights, as I have pain then too. I also found it quite comfortable and I really did get a good night's sleep without pain. I would recommend this product as it has worked for me.

A good quality elbow support. Good design, easy to fit and the calibrated velcro strap is very useful for setting the compression the same each time. Once in place it does not slip

This strap seems to be extremely well made but the instructions that came with it were unhelpful at most. It has a tension indicator on it but no help on how tight to tension the band. There is nothing to tell you where to sight the strap, also no helpful photos just a tiny little, hard to read "label"

Really easy to fit and use. Was in huge pain with my arm and with in a couple of days this has made a huge difference in my quality of life and with other treatment has reduced the pain massively

I really liked this band as it fitted well, stayed on no problem and felt like it was doing my Tennis Elbow some relief.That was until I took it off and realised that I had full on blisters where the foam pad insert was, it seems like a full on chemical burn!Not happy about this at all as I feel my arm has been subject to some sort of toxic material or chemical.Bad choice of material for the pad.
