I love this charger. I like that I can plug it into any outlet to charge. (11 hours to charge) For faster charging, plug it into a 9V charger. It will charge my phone several times, and it is fast. I love the built in cords, I don't have to worry about getting the right cord to charge something. It is a bit heavy, but worth it for how usable it is. I have only had it since January, but it is my go-to charger when I travel.

We have purchased three of these. They are amazing! It plugs directly into an outlet to charge. It has two cables attached to it so you don’t have to worry about losing them. One cable is a iPhone lightning pin and the other one has USBC and micro usb. Charges devices quickly! My daughter took one to Miami for a 3 day trip. She fully charged it before she left. Her and her two friends used it all weekend and the day they flew home it STILL had power! She plugged in in to fully charge just in case their flight was delayed. It’s compact enough to fit in backpack, pocketbook, fanny pack etc. it is a little heavy but with the power it packs it’s worth it! I was hospitalized a few times and brought mine with me and didn’t have to bring any cables or outlet brick. There are built in prongs on it to plug it in. It takes a while to charge but it packs slot of power!

I have bought multiples of this charger in the 10000 mpw version for myself and as gifts and the all work perfectly. I was excited to see that it came in a 20000 version, so I purchased two. They are twice as heavy and thick as the 10000 version, which would be fine except that she about two weeks, the wall plug in feature stopped working on both. This is what makes these chargers so unique- that you don't need a separate cord to plug them into the wall. I tried to start a return, but the company made it too difficult. Now I have to use a separate cord to charge them, because I have to keep them, and i have to give them a poor review. They take a really long time to charge. I do not recommend this larger version.***EDIT....After posting this review, this company reached out to me and offered me a full refund for both faulty chargers. I will use the money to purchase a couple more of the smaller (10000) versions, because they really are fantastic, and I that trust that they will work. The company did not ask me to update my review, but i am because they did do the right thing after my review was posted.

We like the portable chargers very much. They can be used to charge several items at once. I bought two, one for myself and one for my husband.

Man, these storms just keep coming at us down here. But even if you are in Anchorage, if you don’t mind the weight, this far larger capacity Charmast charger will give you three full charges for most cell phones. The wall plus is convenient but slow. One omission—the product listing and manual makes you think you are getting a Type C cable that is necessary for much faster charging from the Charmast to your Type C wall charging block. So, be sure you factor buying one into your cost—What is needed is a Type C to Type C cable if you do not already have one. One more plus: The outside of the charger gives a numerical reading of current charge percentage. Useful!

I LOVE this charger. I’ve had it for over a year now and just added two more to my cart for my husband and daughter. My husband has a much more expensive one I think from Sharper Image but even he likes this one better. I take this on every long car trip I take, I bring it to work everyday, and I take it on vacation. It saved the day at my brother in laws funeral when my husbands other brother needed to charge his phone and didn’t have cords for his own battery pack. Cords are built in so never an issue with mine. It’s a great deal. I charge it about every two weeks and use it almost daily at work. It’s solid, looks and feels nice and is just so convenient and powerful. I really do love this battery pack.

Charges really quick but your phone looses that same charge just as quickly. I just noticed this particular thing but if you just need it for a boost and a quick fix its definitely nice it comes in handy af! I make sure I charge the power bank up too 100% every night and i use it atleast 4xs during the day.
