beware of scams in the probiotic world!! especially with vaginal probiotics. if you look at the ingredients, you will see this severely lacks the appropriate bacteria for a healthy vaginal biome. i used these for 6 months while dealing with reoccurring BV and nothing changed. as soon as I switched to a REAL probiotic, I’m cured. I do not recommend this probiotic, DO YOUR RESEARCH!
