Love this! I'm a female mother of 3 and I put this entire bed together by myself.Directions were simpleSays 2 people but not neededThe estimated time it took me was about 3 hours maybe less.The daughter loved it!We did add extra lights later on.The only thing that I don't like is it didn't come with cushions for the bench so we still have to find some.

This might be a user error, but I have a bunch of screws left over some of which are types I never touched (I don't remember seeing them in the instructions) but other screw types I didn't have enough of. Secondly, one of the four support beams didn't have the part to secure the screws the way the other three did, so one of the top bunk headboards is only connected to one support beam because there isn't a possible way to connect it to the other. The beam is not backwards/upside down, it's not the wrong part; I checked over and over again. The bed still stands; the missing screws don't seem to be a major issue. If you want to reposition the table bit downwards so you can use the bottom bunk as a bed, you have to manually unscrew and re-screw the table when you want to use it as a table/lay your bed down. Maybe that was a given. The bed's a pain to build. It absolutely takes two men to build, and it'll take you around 2 hours. It's pretty good for its price, though. The frame won't tip over, but it's wobbly and makes a ton of noise. It's the same size as your typical twin bed and it gives you lots of opportunity for storage.

Easy instructions to follow. However 1 pole was missing the screw threads for the screws. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement pole. Fast response from the team and the pole came 5 days later!Wish I would have paid more attention that the cushions for the benches do not come with 😞 so not on the hunt for some cushions! Otherwise great bed, very sturdy, my son loves it

If I could rate this lower than a one star, I would. This bed has MULTIPLE defects and is made like complete junk. Screws are stripped, holes are missing, parts are missing. Assembly was nearly impossible. My husband (who is a pipe fitter) spent HOURS drilling holes , RE ESTABLISHING tapped screw holes, finding washers and screws…. Without his knowledge and fabrication skills; we wouldn’t have been able to even build this bed.SAVE YOUR MONEY and your stress level. Very cheap and obviously not checked for product quality. I would not suggest buying this bed and I genuinely regret buying it. Not worth any cost, especially not almost $300 with shipping.

Products arrived with Missing parts and some defects. 2 screws missing, minor wear on wood. Also manufacture forgot to drill hole for screw fit on ladder area. Overall satisfied. Be aware product may arrive with missing or defects but be prepared to buy parts or drill holes. Not worth returning. Simply small labor work doesnt hurt.

The media could not be loaded. The bed is sturdy and pretty nice. Very heavy but has a nice feel. The outlet is cool to have too, I wish it was a little tighter to the bar though. It kind of hangs there loosely. Really this bed should be a little cheaper (for price including the shipping).One complaint is the benches are kind of annoying and not built well. The metal just slides around. Honestly we would have paid extra for the pads to be included instead of having to go find some that fit. Another problem is some of the metal is not cut straight so lining the bed up and keeping it Square was difficult. Lastly, where the anchors attach to the bed do not call for a washer but they definitely need a washer or the anchor falls right off. Luckily they give you extra hardware so we had left over washers to use.The bottom does convert to be another bed area, but the table has to be unscrewed to do so. Meaning you have to detach the bed from the wall in order to convert the bottom. So definitely not something you can change each day.We are happy with it though! My son loves it and is super happy with it. We just have to make some minor adjustments to make it work a little better.

Overall the bed is of mediocre design and quality, which is to be expected at this price point. The most disappointing part is that the description and photos lead you to believe that you can just lower the table to convert the lower section to a bed. This was the reason I bought this piece of furniture. Example- kid has friend over. They play a board game. I inflate a twin air mattress and when they're done, lower the table, add the mattress, and they're off to bed. In order to ACTUALLY lower the table you have to unbolt 4 bolts and then reinstall them with the table in the lower position. This is not practical, nor is it sustainable due to the materials used.
