Keyboard only worked wired for me. The whole reason I bought this was for the wireless keyboard. So I'm pretty upset.UPDATE:Keyboard works. The box did not come with a manual and the support website has nolistingfor s101-pks model. So I was not sure if my keyboard didn't work, but it does. I just noticed the keyboard has extra functions below the: 1,2 ,3 4, 5 keys. If you press the FN (function key) and the number 4 (2.4G wireless mode) it will connect to your wireless dongle.

Ordered for my new job. I love the keyboard it's smooth and the mouse work great. Great cost and I love the backlight colors. I have received nothing but compliments on it

Pretty cool other than the fact that I had to go out of my way to find the only video that lets me know where to actually download this software...

I've been using the mouse & keyboard for about three weeks. The RGB lighting is nice and easy to use on both items. The keyboard is relatively quiet when typing and feels good both on the desk as well as balanced in my lap.I'm very disappointed in the battery life though. I had an old Logitech set that used one AA battery in the mouse and two AAA batteries in the keyboard, which required maybe two replacements per year. This keyboard has already been charged twice and the mouse needs to be plugged in every 3-4 days. The bluetooth connection is unstable right next to the computer and stops functioning after about 15 of distance so I switched to the included 2.4 GHz dongle. The old school connection works great for that session (usually gaming or surfing the web, some office apps included) but when I put shut down the computer and put everything away for the night I have to unplug the dongle and plug it back in to use the keyboard and mouse again the next day.Overall, the keyboard and mouse look and feel great, and I love the quiet buttons on both, but the poor battery life and connection issues are annoying.

A lot faster than a standard mouse. I have not tried the different lighting settings on the keyboard but suspect I will when I get annoyed with the rainbow bright. The mouses battery could be a bit better and it does jump sometimes nc of its "power". Takes some getting use to.

Better than I thought, good

The device consistently failed to connect to any of my PCs, exhibiting the same connection issue reported by numerous users regarding the provided software's incompatibility. Furthermore, several LEDs displayed low luminosity, suggesting a possible manufacturing defect. The unit was returned on the day of receipt.
